| Consignment Terms Consigning your new or gently worn clothing is a great way to earn extra money & clean your closet out. Consigning is easy and profitable. Just bring in your clothing, let us price and sell your items, and you receive a check each month. It couldn't be easier! If you're like us you want to get the best possible price for your items. Here are some great tips for getting your items in the store and sold at the best price. If you'd like to consign your clothing with us, please read over our Consignment Terms. If you agree to them, print out a copy of the Consignment Contract, sign it and bring it to our store with your items. We accept Consignments on: Women's Clothing Shoes Purses Jewelry Maternity Wedding Prom Medical Scrubs We ask that all clothing items be cleaned, pressed, in good condition and within current trend styles. Once you drop off your consignments we will determine which items we would like to sell and you can take home the rest. Listed below are our Consignment Terms Click here to view printable Consignment Agreement Consigned items are to be professionally cleaned and pressed by Consignor before being brought into 3 Belles Consignment, LLC. If items are not pressed we will increase store percentage to 60%. We spend a lot of time pressing and steaming. Items must be clean and smoke free. We will not accept any item, not matter how nice, if it smells of smoke. 3 Belles Consignment, LLC. will receive consignments during normal store hours by appointment only. We can not guarantee that we will be able to sort your consignments immediately. Pricing of consigned items will be set by 3 Belles Consignment, LLC. Usual pricing of consigned merchandise can be between 20% to 50% of the original retail price. Consigned items will be marked down by 25% every 30 days (at our discretion), for a maximum of 90 days. Unsold items must be picked up within one week after the end of the 90 day period or they will, WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE, become the property of 3 Belles Consignment, LLC. and be sold or donated at our discretion. Consignor has the right to request an early pick-up of all consigned items before the end of the 90 day period. Consignor must give a minimum of two days notice before pick-up. Consignor will be responsible for pulling all items to be picked-up. Consignor may renew consignment agreement of unsold items at the end of the first 90 day agreement, however; consignment agreement of previous consigned items may only be renewed once. Maximum consignment length is 180 days. The sale price of consigned items will be spilt between 3 Belles Consignment, LLC. and consigner as follows: Consignor receives 50% of the final sale price; 3 Belles Consignment, LLC. keeps 50% of the final sale price. Checks for items sold will be issued monthly after the 5th for the prior whole month, if the balance due is $10.00 or more. Smaller balances may be picked up or converted to store credit. Early pick-up (before the 5th of the next month) of consignment payment will be converted to store credit only. Consignment payments will be voided 180 days after agreement termination if consignment payment is not picked up (for balances under $10.00) or checks are returned in the mail. It is the responsibility of the consignor to maintain all records of consigned merchandise and to contact 3 Belles Consignment, LLC. for all information on confirm sales, pick-ups and contract termination. 3 Belles Consignment, LLC. does not assume responsibility for, or insure against, theft or loss of cosigned property. 3 Belles Consignment, LLC. assumes no liability for damage to, or destruction of any item consigned. There is currently a 10 piece maximum on all consignments. You may bring more on another date, but only 10 pieces per visit. |
