What is Consigning? Can't you just buy my clothes?

When do you take items?
We accept consignments Tues - Fri 11am - 6pm. There is a 10 item maximum.
Do you charge a rack fee? (What is a rack fee anyways?)
NO, we do not charge rack fees. Rack fees are fees that some consignment stores charge you
each time bring items in. The fee can be between $5 to $10. We believe that we already make
money on the sale of your items and there's no point in charging you a rack rental fee. We do of
each month and helps us cover the cost of tags, bags and other misc store items.
How many items can I bring in at one time?
We accept 10 items at a time. And yes, that means 10 total. NOT 10 shirts, 10 shoes, 10 purses,
etc. 10 ITEMS TOTAL.
Why only ten?
We have very limited space and if we took everything that walked through the door then we
couldn't accept items from everyone. Ten items person guarantees that we will be able to accept
something from everyone.
Can I bring in more later?
Of course. We encourage consignors to bring in more items at a later date. It's probably best to
bring in 10 items every two weeks. That gives us plenty of time to get your items out and sold.
What can I bring?
Women's clothing, purses, shoes, jewelry, plus, wedding, prom . . . the list goes on. Everything
should be CLEAN and in GREAT condition.
What can't I bring?
Men's clothing (they don't shop enough to make it worth our while), no children's clothing, no
personal products (this means perfumes, lotions, make-up, etc.), no house hold items.
When do I get paid?
We pay out on the fifth of every month. We can mail you a check ($1.00 fee applies) or you can
pick it up.
What if I need it early?
Sorry, our system is set up to payout on the fifth.
