What is Consigning? Can't you just buy my clothes?
Sorry, but we don't buy clothes - we consign. That means you leave your items in our caring hands
and when the items sell we spilt the profit 50/50.
When do you take items?
We accept consignments during regular store hours by Appointment Only. If you'd like an appointment
please give us a call at 614-322-2100.
Do you charge a rack fee? (What is a rack fee anyways?)
NO, we do not charge rack fees. Rack fees are fees that some consignment stores charge you each
time bring items in. The fee can be between $5 to $10. We believe that we already make money on
the sale of your items and there's no point in charging you a rack rental fee.
How many items can I bring in at one time?
We accept 10 items at a time. And yes, that means 10 total. NOT 10 shirts, 10 shoes, 10 purses, etc.
10 ITEMS TOTAL.
Why only ten?
We have very limited space and if we took everything that walked through the door then we couldn't
accept items from everyone. Ten items person guarantees that we will be able to accept something
from everyone.
Can I bring in more later?
Of course. We encourage consignors to bring in more items at a later date. It's probably best to bring
in 10 items every two weeks. That gives us plenty of time to get your items out and sold. (Please
don't try to bring in 10 a day - we do notice that.)
What can I bring?
Women's clothing, purses, shoes, jewelry, scrubs, maternity, plus, wedding, prom . . . the list goes on.
Everything should be CLEAN and in GREAT condition.
What can't I bring?
Men's clothing (they don't shop enough to make it worth our while), undergarments (we don't have the
space & yes, this does mean no robes, no nightgowns), no children's clothing (again, we don't have
the space), no personal products (this means perfumes, lotions, make-up, etc.), no socks or hose
(even if they are new, we don't take them), no house hold items (did I mention we don't have the
space?).
When do I get paid?
We pay out on the first of every month. We can mail you a check or you can pick it up.
What if I need it early?
Sorry, our system is set up to payout on the first.

I have a really nice designer purse that I paid a lot for. I don't want to just
give it away, what can I do?
Glad you asked. Normally we price everything ourselves and we marked down every 30 days. But
we price designer items differently. We let YOU set the price and we DO NOT sell it for less. We
understand that you've got some money invested in your piece and we don't blame you for wanting to
get a specific price out of it. (PS: We do this for wedding dresses, prom gowns, up-scale suits,
jewelry, coats and shoes. Not sure if your item qualifies - just ask.)
